Refund & Revisions Policy
Revisions:
We offer free minor revisions within 5 days of the delivery date to ensure client satisfaction. Revision requests must align with the original order instructions. Major changes or additions may incur additional charges.
Refunds:
Refunds are provided only under specific conditions where the quality of the delivered service significantly impacts the client’s academic performance.
Refund Eligibility Criteria:
The client must submit an official grading report or evaluation result that clearly shows:
The grade or mark received
The name of the institution or platform
The client’s name or identification (to ensure authenticity)
The grading report will be verified by our management team to ensure it is genuine and directly related to the work we delivered.
Approved Refunds:
Upon successful verification, 85% of the actual amount paid will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 8 business days of receiving and verifying the grading report.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method or to the client’s designated account manager, as applicable.
Note: Fraudulent or manipulated documents will result in permanent disqualification from future services, and no refund will be provided.
